What many are not grasping is that LAPD not only wrongfully terminated him – they also ended his Navy career when he lost his clearance as a result of their actions. They took away everything in his life – he had no family (wife and children). This is the sentence that I most identify with in his letter:

“I am the walking exigent circumstance you created.”

In my life it is slightly different (perhaps yours too), but it is why I blog, why I wrote that book, and why I butt-in on any and every article that offers any form of praise for my own rotten police agency.

It’s a sad story anyway lady. Now they are hunting him as they would an animal. I must place much of the blame for his actions on the bad cops that started it all. They should have tossed the abusive woman cop to the curb, but they didn’t; they made that choice of evil instead of honest.
